Once customers book a block of sessions, we'll carry out a consultation. This involves a body fat analysis with muscle spread to identify your troubled areas, which we will repeat regularly to monitor your progress. Throughout this process, we aim to understand what the client needs, including their goals and any history of injury or illness. Your initial consultation and the first one-hour session are free.
